About 

Bethel Bible College was established by Dr. Jeremiah Toney in the year 2012. As I was a young minister of the gospel, The Lord spoke to me and told me to plant a church in Troy, AL. The church I planted “Changing Hearts Ministries International”.

He said that this church will be a training center for ministers of the gospel. So the Lord gave me a vision of the bible college and what we will be doing. He said that this college equipped and established with men and women for the work of ministry.

So as of today I give Jesus Christ thanks for birthing in me a bible college for all people of religious faith
